Mouse setting problem

Hi
I just wanted to increase the scroll distance : 1page by one scroll. but received following Error message :
(can not insert photo here - please see attach image.)

I use USB mouse instead of touchpad and wanted to set USB mouse scroll page.

Hi
Done.
I started the PC without USB Mouse , I could open the Mouse in control panel, then added usb Mouse , it works , and I could set the scroll page.
