Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007 and MS Front Page

Hi
Does Share point designer do same as Front page (mainly for making and or editing a Web Site)?
Also , is the said program as part of MS Office 2007 ?
Surprised , it is free too !!!

Looks like Sharepoint Designer & Expression is set to replace Front Page.
