Only thing I can figure is that TMF is using Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time).

Yep -- TMF is reporting 'Edit' time in GMT! Guess that's best considering our international membership. (By-the-way, I like TMF's new time/date format -- better than the original format!!)
The date/time format is changed in "your" Settings. It changes the way you see all dates (except the edited posts) no matter the other person's settings.
I changed your's to see if it would effect the edit.

Nope -- didn't affect the Edit time/date reporting & I like it better the new way!! Didn't realize I could change it in my Settings!
