Ok, I have an ext. USB DVD+/-RW and it plays regular DVDs on the desktop. When I try to do the same on the old IBM notebook in WMP it states something like: the is a region issue with WMP10, the decoder, and the DVD driver. Try updating your driver. It has the newest driver (2007) for ATI Radeon Mobility 7500. I think I may have a different decoder in each? Any thoughts?
Yeah, it is hit or miss with DVD decoders. The region issue is something that has bugged me for a long time. What.... you get to change it 3 times and then no more?
