How to Speed Up Windows 7 by Deleting Calibrated Display Profile

Among the many features available in Windows 7, we can find the Display Color Calibration which allows you to calibrate the display or screen color of your computer in order to get an optimal color view, be your computer screen an LCD or a CRT, for example. However, this feature hides a bothering and annoying downside.

A lot of users have recently reported that after calibrating the screen, the computer starts crawling becoming slow and loosing the usual speed, above all when opening and viewing pictures and images with Windows Photo Viewer. This is due to that fact that, after the calibrating procedure, Windows 7 creates a file or profile having .ICC extension which, for some unknown reason, is responsible for such an issue. Here is the patch to delete it:
