Make Vista and Windows 7 Stop Automatically Installing Drivers for you!	Permalink

One of the main "piss me off's" I have with Windows Vista and Windows 7 is the fact that Windows Vista and Windows 7 seem to want to re-install a driver that I explicitly asked the OS NOT to install! Now I get the fact that MOST people want this to happen for them since they have a hard time figuring out exactly what driver to use. I mean, just deciding on what video driver to use for what card can be a bit daunting for most people. That said... ... I am a VERY senior computer user and I know you are also since you are reading this site (even if you're not.. just go along with it as I now take a crap-load of medication and truly go off on tangents most doctors find disturbing... seriously, think about this... why do doctors wear white coasts? Shouldn't they be black AND white? Ya know... save your life on one side and pull the plug on the other? I KNOW... WEIRD! Anyhow... back to reality... then again... how do we know this really is reality? Seriously... how cool would it be to actually be in the Matrix? Hell all I need is a trench coat as I already have to cool glasses. Oh, and I would need to learn how to do killer Kung-Fu.... and... lose 30 pounds... ya know, but other then that... I'm ready...) Anyway... checking back into reality....
