Beetle, I sent this as an email to 6 or so friends I thought would be interested or fascinated.
I gave the information about the theory, and said...If you would like to know more about an experiment to possibly prove this theory...let me know.
I received nothing!
People do not take time to think these days!

Almaretta & I were discussing the demise of cyberspace this morning and have decided that we are witnessing a major degradation of 'Help/Tech' forums.
People have succumbed to the use of iPads, smartphones, texting and Facebook/Twitter and are largely abandoning their desktop computers, intelligent e-mail and 'Help/Tech' forums -- they just don't need us anymore.
The 'Help/Tech' forums I frequent rarely get posts from any members other than the few 'Regulars'.
Sad but true!
