Help With Firefox Add-Ons With Win7

When I add a theme (or plug-in) and I click "restart Firefox" Win7
closes it and it never re-opens.
No error or message appears.
If I open it...it says it needs to re-start FF. (to infinity)
If I re-start Windows it will be installed.

(I thought posting here would be faster than FF Forums)

I never had that issue! If there is trouble, I suggest updating to the newest version of FF. It rocks!
