Unbelievable but true....

Microsoft has just announced the start of their Ultimate Steal Promotion. The new program, through a partnership with both The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Society of Hispanic Professionals in Engineering (SHPE) Inc., is targeted towards twelve Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and Hispanic student organizations at colleges and universities in the United States. Eligible students will be able to purchase Microsoft Office Ultimate for a cool $59.95 (U.S.). That's a very whopping 91% off of the retail value of the software, which usually sells for $679.95 (U.S.).

An IT Manager from SHPE, Frank Barragan, had nothing but praise for Microsoft's effort to reach out to his foundation's student base. "We commend Microsoft for its continuous efforts to empower diverse communities with the right tools for a bright future," said Mr. Barragan.

In order to be eligible for the Ultimate Steal Promotion, you must be currently enrolled in a U.S. educational institution, carry at least a 0.5 course credit, and have a valid school e-mail address.
