I found this program on Add/Remove of Control Panel but can not find where it is in order to set it to Off.

Need Help and comment.

Installed Toshiba Touch pad On/Off program through Toshiba application installer, but still can not find this program in order to set it to on or off !!!

Solved the problem.
installed some applications , and synaptics Pointing Device , then thru this program , I could enable and disable the Touch pad .
