The idea here is to prevent (block)- rather than detect malware after it has a foothold within your machine.furious

Another thing I like...it's not using my systems resources to give me this protection.biggrin

Beetle,
This is not a running or background program...it closes vulnerable ports and services used by hackers (or slimeware)bleh.
It has 3 separate settings depending on the network environment and can be customized also.evileye

Aside Note:
I tried running this on a relative's Vista box and since it makes changes to the registry...it would not run.
I disabled the security service (don't remember the name) and it still wouldn't run it
