Outlook 2010: Worth the Upgrade?

Have Outlook here but have never used it.
Using Windows Live & POP3 for mail.

Interesting. Some use it at work, including me. I don't use it at home.

We actually still are using 03 because it syncs with our SUN. The 07 is supposed to have a stable link now, but I am not trusting it yet until more people here work out the kinks. Whole calendars have disappeared when doing the download.
