Yep -- since AT&T (my ISP) & Yahoo recently joined forces, my ability to pay my phone/DSL bill online has been "nuked" too!
Getting an error message to the effect that they have a system error -- try again later.
After trying again several times, I am locked-out for 24-hours.
Have phoned them and am told to wait several days for them to correct the system error.
