Apple released iOS 4.3.1 to users today. The software is available through the typical iTunes delivery method. The update has not been available for Verizon CDMA customers yet. The update addresses some minor bugs and performance tweaks. According to the update itself,

This update contains improvements and other bug fixes including:

- Fixes an occasional graphics glitch on iPod touch (4th generation)
- Resolves bugs related to activating and connecting to some cellular networks
- Fixes image flicker when using Apple Digital AV Adapter with some TVs
- Resolves an issue authenticating with some enterprise web services

The update applies iPhones 4 and 3GS, iPads 1 and 2, and generation 3 and 4 of iPod Touch. There had been rumors that the update would fix some battery life issues, but that has not been confirmed yet.

There were other issues and fixes rumored to be part of this update, but as of now, the few fixes mentioned in the software update are all we have to go on. It was rumored that an iPad 2 jailbreaking vulnerability was patched as well, and there is no mention of the DST bug that plagued users again two weeks ago.

Neowin has the details HERE!
