'Do Not Track' Legislation Is On the Move

Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.) and Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas), the co-chairmen of the bi-partisan Congressional Privacy Caucus, released the "Do Not Track Kids Act of 2011," which would enact numerous protections for children and teens, including the requirement of parental consent to collect personal information.
