Google's ChromeOS, Chromebooks Get VPN, Netflix Support

Google's ChromeOS took another step forward on Thursday, adding limited support for VPNs, Netflix streaming, and Citrix Receiver support, among other enhancements.

The improvements make ChromeOS and the Chromebooks they run on a bit more capable, although they still might be considered somewhat crippled by any other standard.

As with all improvements, Chromebooks self-update, so users should either receive the updates this week, or access the "About Chrome OS" under the settings icon (the wrench) to the upper right of the browser.
