What is the best way to back up a network server? We currently backup to a tape drive each night, but it has decided to bite the dust and will only eat the tapes now. It is to expensive to replace the tape driver. Can we back up to a flash drive or is there something else we shoud do? The server runs on Windows Server 2003 and we current only use 8.47 gb on the hard drive. I realize we would have to format a 16gb flash drive to NTFS to make it work, but should we do this?
